Telephone Support
When our clients have a problem, or are looking for advice, they most often pick up the telephone and ring us.
Our Advent Support Staff are knowledgeable. We listen to the problem, log the call, escalate the logged call and then we act on it.
And we do just that. Every time.
On-Site SupportAs part of our support contract arrangement, Advent offers on-site support. If a particular problem cannot be resolved by either of the above methods, then we will schedule a Consultant or Engineer to visit the customer site.
Advent is committed to its customer base and to maintaining a high level of customer service. We have an experienced and dedicated team of in-house support personnel, as well as an advanced Support Co-Ordination System. This system manages all calls and support activities, from initial logging of calls, escalation of calls and communication back to the customer. Once the call has been logged on our system, our customers can be assured that their query is in good hands and will be dealt with professionally and efficiently.
