ScanScope's Goods-in & Warehousing ModuleScanScope's Goods-in and Warehousing module is an easy to use interface which allows you to manage stock in an efficient and flexible manner from any location. This automated stock management solution allows you to carry out stock transactions on a handheld device in accordance with your accounting system to better control the flow of goods into and out of your business.

The solution consists of:

Goods In: All purchase orders are displayed on a handheld device. Expected quantities are clearly displayed and incoming stock can be scanned and received quantities quickly entered. The purchase orders are updated and the stock adjustments are automatic.

Order Picking:
All orders are instantly available on a handheld device for picking. Products can be scanned, quantities entered and box labels or delivery dockets printed immediately. Any product shortfall can be identified for reordering.

Stock Control:
Stock levels can be checked at any time and new stock counts can be entered. For stock counting, an item is scanned and the quantity on the shelf is entered into a handheld device. When the stock count is complete the results can then be viewed on a computer and then adjusted/approved before being transferred into the accounting/stock control software.

Sales:
Items can be scanned to quickly create orders on a handheld PC. This reduces the time taken to build a customer order and results in accurate and up-to-date stock levels. The orders are automatically placed into the accounting system. Customer signatures can be captured at the time of order.
